You must be at least 18 years of age.
You must hold a high school diploma or its equivalent.

After you complete all the course materials, meet the minimum time requirement, and pass the practice exam, there is a course final exam. The minimum passing score is 75%. This final must be taken in the presence of a proctor, and you'll need to schedule an appointment with a proctor in advance. Find out more about our online proctoring process here.
Next, you must submit a set of fingerprints to the Kentucky Bureau of Investigation for the purpose of conducting a Kentucky and national fingerprint-based criminal history background check utilizing records of CBI and the FBI. For more information click here.
PSI administers the Kentucky real estate licensing exam. This 130 question test is comprised of two portions, covering both state and national requirements.
You will be given 240 minutes to complete the entire exam, 150 minutes for 80 general questions and 90 minutes for 50 state-specific questions. For more information, see the PSI candidate exam information here.
