Candidates who wish to complete their education online must get a Massachusetts Salesperson License and transfer it to New Hampshire. The Massachusetts prerequisite are:

Once the prerequisites have been met, an applicant must:
Complete 40 hours of Massachusetts Salesperson Pre-Licensing.
Pass the coursework final exam with a score of 75% or greater.
Obtain three candidate endorsements.

Receive Massachusetts Salesperson License
Obtain a certificate of good standing with the state of New Hampshire.
Schedule and pass the New Hampshire state-issued exam (state portion only).
Send a Criminal Record Release Authorization Form to the New Hampshire State Police.
Apply for a New Hampshire Salesperson License.
With the exception of the state-issued exam, the Massachusetts real estate education required by the state can be completed entirely online. Therefore, the CE Shop offers 40-hour packages that can be completed online. Students that complete 8 hours of coursework per day could satisfy the requirement in as few as 5 days. New Hampshire Pre-Licensing education is not required if the candidate holds a Massachusetts Salesperson License.
The cost of getting a New Hampshire real estate license will vary depending on the school where you complete your pre-licensing education. Compared to most college courses, licensing courses are budget-friendly, typically running a few hundred dollars. There are also a few fixed costs you’ll want to factor in, including a fee to take the exam and licensing fees set by the New Hampshire Real Estate Commission.
