This course provides three hours of instruction in Florida appraisal laws and regulations, which satisfies a portion of the continued education needed for licensure in the state. Topics include The Appraisal Foundation, FIRREA, and federal components to set up the state specific subjects. Then the course dives into the Appraisal Subcommittee, the establishment of the Appraisal Foundation, and the role of the Appraiser Qualifications Board and Appraisal Standards Board in unison with Florida requirements for licensure and ethical appraisal practice. To wrap up this course, you will learn about the duties of the Florida Real Estate Appraisal Board, Florida appraiser classifications, laws, and rules of professional conduct.
