This 6-hour course meets the “single core curriculum” continuing education requirement for brokers and managing brokers in Illinois which includes two hours of required fair housing training.
This course was designed to meet the REALTOR® Fair Housing Training Requirement. Please confirm that your local association, who administers the Fair Housing training, will accept this course.

Illinois State Requirement Details for Real Estate Managing Broker Continuing Education
Renewal Date: April 30th of odd-numbered years
Hours Required by the State: 24 hours
Note: A managing broker renewing their license for the first time may use the 45-hour managing broker pre-license brokerage administration and management course to satisfy the 12-hour broker management CE requirement. If the current term of the managing broker license ends within the 90 days after the initial managing broker license is issued, a licensee is not required to complete CE for that managing broker license term but shall complete all CE requirements before the next managing broker renewal deadline.

Reporting: The state requires course completions to be reported to the state. We will report your course to the state upon completion.

Certificates: Immediately upon course completions, The CE Shop will provide students with an electronic copy of the course certificate of completion. Certificates will remain in your account for a minimum of five years, should you need additional copies at a later time. Please refer to your application to determine if you need to submit your certificate(s) of completion. Course completion dates are recorded using Central Standard Time. Please note that the date on your certificate of completion will reflect this.

Max Hours in a 24-Hour Period: Licensees will not receive credit for more than 12 hours of continuing education in a 24-hour period. Our online course delivery system manages this requirement for you.
