This course provides 45 hours of post-license instruction required for initial license holders within the first 180 days of licensure. You'll learn how to practice of real estate in a professional manner that protects the public and your license.

Louisiana State Requirement Details for Real Estate Post-Licensing Education

Hours Required by the State: 45 hours within 180 days of licensee’s initial license date.

The CE Shop’s Offering: 45 hours

The CE Shop is an approved provider in Louisiana.

Provider Approval Number: 9097

Post-Licensing Final Exams: Final exams must be passed with a minimum of 75%.

Reporting: Real estate course completions are reported to the Louisiana Real Estate Commission.

Expiration Date of Course: Course expiration dates vary by course but are generally one year after order date. Each course has an individual expiration date which is listed in your account.

Certificates: Once The CE Shop has received the signed affidavit, your certificate of course completion will become available to download (and via email). The CE Shop will provide students with an electronic certificate of completion, upon completion of the course. Certificates will remain in your account for a minimum of five years, should you need additional copies. Please refer to your license application to determine if you need to submit your certificate of completion with your license request. Course completion dates are recorded using Central Standard Time. Please note that the date of your certificate of completion will reflect this.
