This package includes all 120 hours of Pre-Licensing education required in Nevada.

This package provides 90 hours of instruction in principles and practices of real estate, required of all applicants for a salesperson’s license in Nevada. The course prepares learners for the Nevada licensing exam and provides the real estate practice knowledge and foundation necessary to be a successful real estate salesperson in Nevada. Topics include real property ownership, land use controls and restrictions, deeds and title transfer, real estate contracts, real estate agency, estimating value, real estate practice, property disclosures, real estate financing, real estate math, and Nevada real estate license laws and rules.

This package also provides 30 hours of instruction required of all applicants for a salesperson’s license in Nevada. The course includes 15 hours related to the preparation of contracts in real estate transactions to the extent allowed in the capacity of a licensee and 15 hours on agency, including the foundation of the relationship between a broker and an agent and risk reduction, including property management, leasing, and information security.

Nevada 30-hour Salesperson Contract Preparation and Agency Pre-licensing Course

This course provides 30 hours of instruction required of all applicants for a salesperson’s license in Nevada. The course includes 15 hours related to the preparation of contracts in real estate transactions to the extent allowed in the capacity of a licensee and 15 hours on agency, including the foundation of the relationship between a broker and an agent and risk reduction, including property management, leasing, and information security.

Nevada 90-hour Salesperson Pre-licensing Course

This course provides 90 hours of instruction in principles and practices of real estate, required of all applicants for a salesperson’s license in Nevada. The course prepares learners for the Nevada licensing exam and provides the real estate practice knowledge and foundation necessary to be a successful real estate salesperson in Nevada. Nevada State Requirement Details for Real Estate Pre-Licensing Education

Hours Required by the State: 120 hours

Licensing Exam: The licensing exam is administered by PearsonVue. Registration for the state licensing exam is an entirely separate process from proctoring for your course final exam. For instructions to register for your state licensing exam and further information, please click here.

The CE Shop’s Offering: 120 hours

Reporting: The state does not require schools to report course completions. Students will submit their certificate of completion with their license application.

Expiration Date of Course: The CE Shop’s Pre-Licensing courses expire one year after the date of purchase. The CE Shop will allow students to purchase a new course at a 50% discount of the current retail price of the new course. Each individual course will have an expiration date listed in the student’s account.

Certificates: Immediately upon course completions, The CE Shop will provide students with an electronic copy of the course certificate of completion. Certificates will remain in your account for a minimum of five years, should you need additional copies at a later time. Please refer to your application to determine if you need to submit your certificate(s) of completion. Course completion dates are recorded using Central Standard Time. Please note that the date on your certificate of completion will reflect this.

Final Exam: Final exams must be passed with a minimum of 75% and may be taken as many times as necessary to pass.

Post-Licensing: First-time licensees issued an initial license, except as defined by NAC 645.4442 Subsection 2, must complete 30 hours of Post-Licensing within the first 12 months immediately after initial licensing through live instruction. The CE Shop does not offer any of the Post-Licensing hours at this time.
