This course package includes all 40 hours of New Hampshire Pre-Licensing education, plus Exam Prep Edge, and the ProPath Kickstarter Professional Development Plan. 

This course provides 40 hours of instruction in real estate education, required of all applicants for a salesperson’s license in New Hampshire. After completing the course, learners are prepared for the New Hampshire licensing exam and have the foundational knowledge necessary to be a successful real estate salesperson in New Hampshire. Topics include real property rights and ownership, land use controls, real estate valuation, agency, contract law and state-specific contract requirements, environmental issues, real estate finance, closings and title transfer, real estate brokerage, leasing and property management, license law and laws affecting licensees, and real estate math.

New Hampshire 40-Hour Salesperson Pre-Licensing Course

This course provides 40 hours of instruction in real estate education, required of all applicants for a salesperson's license in New Hampshire. After completing the course, learners are prepared for the New Hampshire licensing exam and have the foundational knowledge necessary to be a successful real estate salesperson in New Hampshire. State Requirements For New Hampshire

Hours Required by the State: 40 hours

Licensing Exam: The licensing exam is administered by PSI. Registration for the state licensing exam is an entirely separate process from your course final exam. For instructions to register for your state licensing exam and further information, please click here.

The licensing exam must be taken within 6 months of starting the 40 hour prelicense course. 

The CE Shop’s Offering: 40 hours

Reporting: The state does not require schools to report course completions.

Expiration Date of Course: Course expiration dates vary by course. Each individual course will have an expiration date listed in your account. The CE Shop’s Pre-Licensing courses expire six months after the date of purchase. Extensions cannot be granted beyond 6 months from the purchase of the course.  The course terminates 6 months after purchase.

Certificates: Immediately upon course completions, The CE Shop will provide students with an electronic copy of the course certificate of completion. Certificates will remain in your account for a minimum of five years, should you need additional copies at a later time. Please refer to your application to determine if you need to submit your certificate(s) of completion. Course completion dates are recorded using Central Standard Time. Please note that the date on your certificate of completion will reflect this.

Final Exam: Final exams must be passed with a minimum of 70% and may be taken as many times as necessary to pass.
