Selling a home involves many details beyond listing and closing, from resolving conflicts to clarifying what’s included in the sale and determining responsibility for outstanding expenses. This course will guide you through how Wisconsin's listing agreements, purchase offer forms, statutes, and administrative codes address these issues to protect consumer rights and uphold industry integrity.
In this six-hour course, you’ll explore the fundamentals of disclosure, seller obligations, and wholesaling. You’ll dive into personal transactions for licensees, including financial interests and compensation, and conclude with regulatory compliance topics like advertising, documentation, and illegal lotteries. By the end, you’ll have the knowledge to confidently navigate Wisconsin’s legal and ethical real estate standards.
