We are so confident that Exam Prep Edge will help guide you to a passing score on your licensing exam that we offer pre-licensing students a reimbursement of the cost of the initial licensing exam in case a retake is required.

In the event that you purchased Exam Prep Edge as a standalone product (not in conjunction with any Pre-Licensing courses), The CE Shop guarantees that you will pass the state licensing exam or you are entitled to a refund for the full cost paid for the Exam Prep Edge course.

Complete qualification details below:

For initial licensing exam reimbursement:

• Entire Pre-Licensing program must be completed through The CE Shop. For programs with multiple courses, ALL courses must be completed through The CE Shop

• Package enrolled in must include Exam Prep Edge

• All topic exams mastered (80% or higher, 3 times each) within Exam Prep Edge

• Minimum of 3 comprehensive practice exams passed (80% or higher) within Exam Prep Edge. Where applicable, this includes both state and national portions

• A copy of the paid receipt including date of scheduled exam must be provided

• A copy of the exam results including the date of exam must be provided

• Reimbursement is limited to the initial attempt only. Retakes are not eligible

• Reimbursement is limited to a maximum of $99. The cost varies by state, but is typically $69-$79

For refund of standalone Exam Prep Edge course:

• All topic exams mastered (80% or higher, 3 times each) within Exam Prep Edge

• Minimum of 3 comprehensive practice exams passed (80% or higher) within Exam Prep Edge.

• Where applicable, this includes both state and national portions

• A copy of the paid receipt including date of scheduled exam must be provided

• A copy of the exam results including the date of exam must be provided
