The CE Shop Named a Best Place to Work (Again)!
Denver Business Journal named The CE Shop one of the best large-sized companies to work for in the Denver metro area. This is The CE Shop’s first year ranking in the top 10 large-sized companies, a category defined as companies with 50-99 employees. Over the past few years, The CE Shop has won the award under the medium-sized companies category.
Employees for each nominated company were asked to complete an employee engagement survey that measured 10 key engagement categories. Areas of focus included team effectiveness, trust in senior leaders, feeling valued, manager effectiveness, compensation, and benefits.
