4

Complete the License Application

Once you’ve completed all license requirements and passed the Utah sales agent exam, you must create a UtahID account and submit an online application for a license, including all required documents and fees, within 90 days. If the exam was taken in Utah and you registered with Pearson Vue to be fingerprinted, when your fingerprints are taken, they will be electronically submitted to the Division. If the exam was taken outside of Utah, or you were unable to have your fingerprints taken at Pearson Vue, you will need to be fingerprinted by a police station or fingerprinting vendor of your choice on two FBI FD-258 fingerprint cards. Both cards will then need to be mailed, parcel delivered, or hand delivered to the Division of Real Estate.
