Original Arizona Exam Score Report(s). Apply for a license within one year from the date of passing the State Specific examination and include the Original Arizona Exam Score Report(s) with your application packet. You can either mail or deliver your Out-of-State License Recognition application packets to the ADRE.
A Certificate of a 6-hour Contract Writing Course.
Proof of Legal Presence (front and back).
An original certified license history from the other state where a license has been held for at least one year (required by Pearson VUE at the time the exam is scheduled).

You must also hire on with a Broker at the time of application as a Salesperson and Fee, or hire on after licensing online for a reduced fee. The Designated Broker must access the ADRE online system to approve the hire prior to the licensee being legal to work.
