The Pearson VUE Candidate Handbook includes instructions on price and helpful information on obtaining your Arizona salesperson license. The salesperson license exam fee is $75. The cost for each retake is the same as the initial examination.

In order to pass the Arizona real estate exam, you'll need a score of at least 75%. Passing the exam is much less stressful for anyone who has completed an Exam Prep course.
Arizona real estate exams are provided by Pearson VUE in Phoenix, Tucson, Flagstaff, and Yuma. For more information, inquiring students should call the Pearson VUE Call Center at 888.405.5776, or visit the Pearson VUE website. A reservation is required in order to take the examination.
Around 23% of Arizona students fail the test and have to retake it in order to pass. Upon follow up after the test, most do not consider the exam "easy." The best way to alleviate your nerves and pass the test is to work hard and prepare as much as possible.
