The Mississippi real estate exam will cost students $75. Of course There are other fees associated with licensing, but you can expect the test alone to cost this much.

In order to pass the Mississippi real estate exam, you'll need to score least 70% on the National portion and 75% on the State portion. Passing the exam is much less stressful for anyone who has completed an Exam Prep course.

The Mississippi real estate exam must be taken at an approved testing facility. These testing facilities are located in the following cities: Jackson, Metairie, Baton Rouge, Mobile, and Memphis.

You cannot take the Mississippi real estate exam online. All students must travel to a testing location where they will be monitored for the duration of the test.

Mississippi candidates receive the score on their test immediately upon completion.

Candidates can take up to 4 hours to complete all 120 questions on the exam, but not all students take up the entire allotted time.
