The North Dakota real estate exam will cost students $131. There are other fees associated with licensing, but you can expect the test alone to cost this much.

To get a passing score on the National portion of the exam, you'll need to answer at least 70 questions correctly. To pass the State portion, you'll need to answer at least 30 questions correctly.

Exam Prep Edge is included in three of the four Pre-Licensing packages.

The North Dakota real estate exam must be taken at an approved testing facility. These testing facilities are located in the following cities: Bismarck, Fargo, Minot, and Williston.

You cannot take the North Dakota real estate exam online. All students must travel to a testing location where they will be monitored for the duration of the test.

Immediately upon completion of the exam, your score will be displayed on the screen so you can see if you failed or passed.

Candidates are given 3.5 hours to answer all 120 questions on the North Dakota real estate exam.
