Do professional development courses count towards real estate CE (Continuing Education) requirements?

No. Our professional development courses are electives that do not count towards your yearly CE requirements.

 Is this a professional designation? How does this compare to a designation?

These courses do not lead to any professional designations. Their purpose is to offer you targeted expertise on a variety of topics. However, at the end of each course, you will receive badges indicating that you’ve acquired extensive knowledge of the topics.te. This should be considered when calculating the total approximate cost of obtaining your appraiser license.

 Is there a certificate or other proof after the course is completed?

Yes! You will receive a certificate of completion and a badge that can be displayed on emails, social media accounts, and other appropriate areas demonstrating your learning.

 Is there an exam at the end of each course?

There are knowledge checks such as quizzes and learning activities throughout the courses, but there is no final exam.

 What are the courses like? Are they interactive?
